Where to find us

The house is part of an innovative conversion of the Grade 2 listed maltings on the Berwick-upon-Tweed harbour-side. Period features abound, with the original timber roof beams, polished floorboards, deep window sills and a delightful roof-top mezzanine floor. All the fittings are very high quality, with luxury bathrooms, designer soft furnishings, contemporary fitted kitchen with integrated Siemens appliances, broadband wi-fi, and modern central heating.

The accommodation is arranged over four floors:

Ground floor

Bedroom one  King-size double bed, wall-mounted TV, spacious en suite shower room.

Utility room  Sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor

Bedroom two  Superking double (can be arranged as two singles). Juliet balcony overlooking the sea.

Bedroom three  Twin bedroom with two 3-foot single beds.

Bathroom  Jacuzzi bath with shower over, toilet and hand-basin.

Second floor

Open-space living room  Leather corner sofa, armchairs, home cinema media unit with 40-inch screen. Dining table and chairs seating six, sideboard.

Kitchen  Contemporary fitted kitchen with integrated Siemens appliances including hob, oven, microwave, full-length fridge and freezer, dishwasher.

Third floor

Mezzanine  Glass-walled studio space, with desk and chairs, and armchairs. Wi-fi and laptop for guest use.


There is parking outside the property or on designated Residents’ Parking – permit supplied.
